David T. Little: Soldier Songs

Seth sits down to talk with composer David Little about his work Soldier Songs. The piece is a song cycle centered on the experience of soldiers at various points in their life. In creating the text for the piece Little drew on interviews he conducted with current and former soldiers. Eventually the cycle was turned into a fully staged musical theater piece.
