      The Thirsty Ear Festival: Live from the Empty Bottle


      This week, we’ll be broadcasting the Thirsty Ear New Music Festival, live from the Empty Bottle. Come join us at the venue or on the radio for some great music, including performances by the Chicago Q Ensemble, James Falzone, the Palomar Ensemble and the MAVerick Ensemble!

      Saturday, August 11 5:00 to 7:00 PM (Doors open at 4:00)
      Empty Bottle, 1035 N. Western Ave.
      $10 at the door, $5 with proof that you rode your bike.
      The concert will be broadcast live on WFMT.

      The Thirsty Ear Festival is presented in association with the Active Transportation Alliance.
