The composer, performance artist and Glen Ellyn native joined WFMT’s Kerry Frumkin in the studio this week to play some of her favorite recordings and share some stories about her fascinating life in music. The composer of works such as O Superman, New York Social Life, Home of the Brave and inventor of multiple instruments, Anderson shared these thoughts on her music and early days in New York City. She performs tonight (Wednesday, April 16) at the Harris Theatre.
