From his earliest memories Fareed Haque, has been a citizen of the world, with family spread between Pakistan and Chile, with extended stays in both countries as well as in Iran, Spain and France. At eighteen he won a prestigious scholarship for jazz guitar at North Texas State, and studied there for a year, when his heart took him to Chicago
