This has been a Cinderella story in the making for twelve years. Valentina Lisitsa first came to WFMT in 2001 with loads of passion for the instrument, raw determination, charm and an entrepreneurial mind. Today she has a Decca contract and is one of the most celebrated pianists in the world.
