Maxim Vengerov, violin
Maxim Vengerov returned to the concert stage in 2012 after several years away. His recital at London’s Wigmore Hall was recorded live to create his first album release in five years. The program included Bach’s Partita #2, Beethoven’s massive Kreutzer Sonata and encores by Wieniawski and Brahms. Vengerov was joined by his long-time recital partner, pianist Itamar Golan.
