      Chicago Restaurant Week continues through Thursday, February 6. It’s your chance to try a prix fixe menu at more than 280 area restaurants.  Matt DeStefano visits Ada Street in Bucktown, one in the group of DMK Restaurants, to ask Executive Chef Zoe Schor about their special “Women of the Kitchen” menu.

        Very good feature, Matt.
        Remember that if you ever find a clam or a mussel that does not open when you cook it, put it aside and don’t eat it. It was dead and spoiled when you cooked it.

        We’ve been away for a while and while I found the pieces on F L Wright and Gamelan to be OK (but more to your current tendancy to do ‘too much talk’), I have to suggest that this week’s Restaurant Week segment completey fails the test.

        Let’s either drop this experiment, or bring the topics back within the WFMT musical world.
