"It is the only interview that I know of done with Studs where he discusses in detail his passion for opera and opera singers including Rosa Raisa, Lotte Lehmann, and "his" diva, Claudia Muzio. Studs also talks about his disc jockey days in general and the music editions of The Studs Terkel Program on WFMT. Dear Andrew Patner,
I heard your interview of Riccardo Muti yesterday. It was about Mason Bates and Anne Klein (I think that is the name). They are the composers in residence this year at the CSO. I was trying to find that interview as it was incredibly informative about his reasons for choosing these two composers. Now, all I find is singing, which I did not think was part of the interview. Can you help me locate the interview?

Andrew Patner: I heard the story of the CSO in Las Vegas ending when conductor said to demanding audience, “What can you possibly ply after _____?” Audience member calls out from balcony, “Roulette!”
